Lexandria provides business legal support in three categories:

• Professional Services: direct legal consultation and representation;
• Information Products: digital guides, templates, and courses;
• Physical Goods: printed materials delivered to end users.

3. Acceptance

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

4. Ordering and Delivery

To engage our services, please submit a request via our Contact Form. Once confirmed, we will schedule or deliver your selected service or product.

5. Rescheduling

Professional Services sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment without extra charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur an administrative charge or may be declined at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Overview

We aim for client satisfaction. This section details refund eligibility and procedures for each category.

6.2 Professional Services

Due to the tailored nature of legal support, Professional Services are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will offer an alternative appointment or issue a refund for the undelivered portion.

6.3 Information Products

Digital products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. To request a return, contact us with your order reference. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. After access or download, all sales are final due to the digital format.

6.4 Physical Goods

Printed materials can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt in original condition. Contact us to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process a refund less any shipping or restocking charges within 10 business days.

6.5 Procedure

2. Our team will evaluate eligibility and respond within 3 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning any goods (if applicable).
4. Approved refunds will be processed within the timelines above.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at lexandria.top. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexandria’s liability is limited to direct losses up to the cost of the provided service. We are not liable for indirect or special damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
